Nestled in the beautiful Woronora valley, The Boatshed is located on the edge of Loftus Creek, part of the Woronora River. It is an oasis of tranquility tucked away on the edge of the Sutherland Shire. The iconic blue building houses the cafe and also operates a canoe and kayak hiring service. The character and natural charm of The Boatshed is the perfect setting to host your special occasion of up to 80 people. Let us help you bring your event vision to life.

 

Our event coordinators work cohesively with you to ensure your event is everything you imagine. We start with a face-to-face meeting or phone call to talk through your vision. We will discuss menus, decorations, bump in times, duration and service style.

 

We have a range of packages suitable for all types of functions depending on numbers and the day of the week.

 

Private Function - Minimum 40 - 80 maximum guests

Mini Event - Minimum 10 - 30 maximum guests

Private Paint & Sip - Minimum 12 -20 maximum guests

 

Functions are available at The Boatshed everyday except for SUNDAYS and School holidays. All events run from 1:30pm (beside paint & sip) the finish time can be negotiated, If you require your function to start earlier this will incur an added fee. However we do not do night functions.

 

Please note that we are NOT a licesned venue, all alcohol is BYO. We are however able to supply RSA qualified bar staff to serve the alcohol.
